Special Event: The Ultimate Surrey Hills Experience

Back on Track invites you to a wonderful new collaboration event; The Ultimate Surrey Hills Experience ; A forest walk followed by a HINOKI Forest bathing and Mandira’s Kitchen picnic.

Simone from Back on Track will take you for a 1.5hour gentle woodland walk, starting the day with invigorating you with the beauty and freshness of the Albury Forest.

Lisa from HINOKI will then guide you to calm your senses with a Forest bathing session, destressing you and slowing you right down to take time for yourself and your nature connection. The session will end with a tree-laxation and tea ceremony.

Finally, we will enjoy a wonderfully woodland picnic of biriyani and samosa in a tiffin box, prepared by Mandira’s Kitchen, award-winning Indian food, and a favourite to many locals in the Surrey Hills.

Duration: 4h
Bring: Lisa will send you more information of what to bring, but you’ll need a yoga mat or camping mat for lying on, pillow, warm layers of clothes, blankets, waterproofs as necessary
Weather:  If the weather looks wet or windy, we are able to provide cover, but please check with one of the organisers beforehand.

Time: 9.30am (please arrive 10 mins early)

These are gently-paced walks for beginners or less confident walkers who want to build walking fitness.
