About our Fit Camps:
- 60 mins
- A varied mix of weights, resistance & cardio
- Strength & weight exercises, band resistant work and cardio intervals
- Use of provided equipment but also natural surroundings to create fun workouts
- Activities vary according to the seasons, and with options of easier or more challenging adaptations
About our HIIT classes:
- 30 minutes
- HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training – short repetitions of intensive exercise, interspersed with recovery time
- Maximum effort for short bursts, in a work : rest : repeat cycle
- Great for improving strength, cardio capacity, and contributing to fat burning
- We always offer options of easier adaptations so YOU train at YOUR level of fitness on any given day
About our Strength classes:
- 60 minutes
- Our targeted Strength Classes are Tuesdays and Thursday evenings.
- Effective weight training to strengthen and tone the body.
- Focus on building strength using Free weights (Dumbbells/Kettlebells
- Mixed with a tough but effective cardio circuit for better conditioning
- Our coaches will support you with progressions, and you can test your progress with a challenge every few weeks.
About our Boxercise classes:
- 40-45 minutes
- This is a boxing class, coached by a qualified Boxercise instructor.
- We are combining simple boxing combo’s with some fun core or leg-focused intervals, for a whole body work-out.
- Boxing gloves and pads are provided, so are clean cotton gloves for all participants.
- A fairly high intensity workout, building cardio and stamina.
